What is the total delivery time for my order?

All orders are processed in 2-3 business days. For large parcels, processing time may extend upto 4 days. Orders are not processed during holidays or weekends.

The estimated delivery time of your order depends on the shipping method that you choose during checkout.

We ship all orders to anywhere in the United States—even Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and Internationally

If you don’t receive your order at the estimated time, it could mean either your order is delayed or is lost. You may contact our support team to know the exact location of your order.

 

What are the shipping timelines for international delivery?

International orders will arrive in 5-14 business days from the receipt of your order. You will receive shipping estimates at the time of checkout.

 

What duties and taxes apply?

Shipping costs for international orders will include international taxes, duties and value-added tax. At the time of checkout, the final order cost will reflect these charges.

 

How can I return the item?

Return an item is simple. Log into your account on our shopping site to initiate your return. For detailed information, read our returns policy.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product (contemporary African children clothing, accessories and more) within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item Elora Finds will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Elora Finds will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.

 

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
